My playback is showing no recordings?
Please follow these troubleshooting steps;
- Verify the date on your NVR, if it shows the wrong date, start by correcting it and then it will start recording on the correct date.
- Go to "Maintenance" > Recording > Verify that all of your channels are recording.
- If recording on "Motion detection" , verify that it is set to "On", "Arming Schedule" is Armed 24/7, "Trigger Actions" > Recording, checkmark next to it's channel ID.
